They married at City Hall.

wow! that's great! Was is planned? was it spur of the moment kind of thing?
Sort of planned. They knew they would eventually get married but he surprised her a month ago on their vacation in Costa Rica. Too romantic to resist. They always knew that they wanted a small wedding. It's very typical of them to do it privately.
